Here’s what’s happening w/ this skirt: modal is a natural fiber that has the unprecious ease of cotton, but is dressupable. Put on a bodysuit, sandals + eyeliner and that’s all you need to go just about anywhere :) 

Worn high on the waist for a long and lean, dancerly look.
